I've had alot of fun with it. If you have a Lomo LC-A it can do some weird other stuff aswell. check www.lomography.com for more details. You can also put a standard camera on 'bulb' and fire the flash manually using a bunch of different colors. Just reduce the aperture say 4 stops and fire the flash five or six times in different locations and different colors. Since you can see your results on the screen it's a really powerful little addition to picture taking. Also don't forget you can just use a slave trigger to make the thing light up a backdrop or use it as a hair highlight on a flash stand along with more traditional studio flash units. Yeah - it's no different from a colored gel on a studio flash unit, but it is more portable and it's cheap enough to tape on a stick on location where studio lights are out of the question.
